Trust centre

What protects your money and your numbers.

The plain-language version of how sign-in, visibility, data, payments, reversals and support work — and where the binding wording lives.

No passwords

One-time codes on email or WhatsApp; invitations accepted only after a code.

Same record, both sides

Opens, results and reversals are identical for brand and marketer.

Locked budgets

A campaign can only spend what was locked; it pauses itself at zero.

GST invoices, TDS handled

Monthly invoices for brands; tax deducted at source on payouts where required.

Reversals with reasons

A reversed result returns the money and says why, to both.

Hosted in India

Data stays with the sub-processors listed in the Privacy policy.

In detail

Binding wording is in the Terms, the Privacy policy and the DPA; this page explains them.

How you sign in

There are no passwords on Shopmycode. Every sign-in is a one-time code sent to your email or your WhatsApp number, valid for a few minutes. An invitation to hold a link or to watch a campaign's numbers is only accepted after the invited person signs in with a code, which is how a link stays bound to the person it was meant for.

Brand accounts can have several people with different levels of access (someone who can read numbers, someone who can manage money). Staff at Shopmycode never see your one-time codes.

What each side can see

A marketer sees the opens, results and rewards for their own links, the reward and the room left on an offer, and — once accepted — the numbers of a link a brand invited them to hold. A marketer never sees a brand's wallet balance, other marketers' numbers, or a brand's customer data.

A brand sees every link in its campaigns with the opens, results and rewards per marketer, its wallet and budgets, and its invoices. A brand never sees a marketer's wallet balance, bank details or other brands' campaigns.

Both sides see the same result the moment it is counted, and the same reversal with its reason. This is the basis of every dispute being short.

What is collected about the people who open links

Enough to attribute an open and a result to a link and to show a brand where it came from: the channel (WhatsApp, Instagram, a browser), the city, the device type, the pages visited on the brand's own site when the brand's snippet is present, and a result when the brand's page or system reports one. Details, retention periods and the choices available to visitors are in the Privacy policy, and a visitor can opt out on the Your privacy choices page.

Brands are the controllers of their campaign data; Shopmycode processes it for them under the Data processing addendum. The sub-processors we use (hosting, email, payments, payouts) are listed in the Privacy policy.

Money: how it moves and what protects it

Brands add money to a wallet through PayU (cards, UPI, net banking) or by bank transfer confirmed by our finance team. Wallet money is a prepaid credit for rewards; it is allocated to campaigns, where it is locked, and unspent budget returns to the wallet when a campaign closes.

Each counted result takes the stated reward plus the 15% platform fee from the campaign's budget and credits the reward to the marketer's wallet at once. A campaign warns the brand at 25% remaining and pauses itself at zero; it cannot spend what was not locked.

Marketers withdraw from their wallet by UPI or bank transfer, in rupees, through our payout partner Easebuzz; a PAN is required and tax is deducted at source where Indian law requires. Brands receive a GST invoice each month for the fees taken, and one for the subscription when it is paid.

Reversals and disputes

A result that is later reversed — a returned order, a cancelled booking, an application that was not approved, a sign-up found to be fake — returns the reward and fee to the budget and is deducted from the marketer's wallet, with the reason visible to both. Offers may state a hold period (typical for marketplace orders) before a reward can be withdrawn.

If a brand and a marketer disagree about a result, both are looking at the same record, so most disagreements are settled by reading it. Where they are not, either side writes to legal@ttlmedia.in with the link and the result in question; we read the record, apply the Terms, and answer in writing.

Quality and abuse

Bought traffic, bots, self-referrals, forced clicks and misleading claims are not allowed and are described in the Acceptable use policy and the Marketer code of conduct. Results from such traffic are reversed; repeated abuse ends the account. Brands can approve or reject the marketers who take their offers and pause any link at any time.

Availability and support

The service is hosted in India. Status and incident notices go to the email on the account. Support is by email at legal@ttlmedia.in, and every reply is in writing so there is a record on both sides.
