A
- Acceptance #
- When an invited marketer signs in with a code and takes a link or an offer. From then on the link is theirs and, on an automatic offer, their reward rate is locked at that level or higher.
- Allocated budget #
- Money a brand has moved from its wallet to one campaign. It is locked there: it pays rewards and the platform fee for that campaign only, and returns to the wallet when the campaign closes.
- Automatic reward #
- The reward mode where the brand gives a target, a deadline and the most it will pay per result, and the platform sets the reward between a floor and that cap, showing the offer to best-fit marketers first and adjusting hourly against pace.
B
- Budget floor #
- The least a brand may pay per result on an automatic offer, set by the typical order value: ₹20 for sign-ups and installs, rising with the ticket size.
C
- Campaign #
- A marketer's copy of an offer, or any link a marketer chose to track: the links, the live view and the results for one thing they promote.
- Cap #
- The most a brand will pay per result on an automatic offer. The reward never goes above it.
- Channel #
- Where a link was opened from: WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, a browser, a QR scan. Shown on every open.
- City #
- Where an open came from, at city level. Never a street or an exact location.
- Counted result #
- A result the platform recorded against a link: a sign-up reported by the snippet, an order reported by a marketplace, a step reported by the brand's system. Rewards are paid on counted results only.
D
- Deadline #
- The date by which an automatic offer wants its target. Pace is measured against it; when it passes the offer pauses itself.
F
- Fee #
- The platform's 15% on top of each reward, paid by the brand from the campaign budget. Marketers pay nothing.
- Fit score #
- How likely a marketer is to deliver a given offer, from what they said at sign-up (categories, channels, audience) and what they have delivered before. It decides when they see an automatic offer, not what they are paid.
- Forwarding estimate #
- How far a link travelled through chats after it was shared, estimated from preview fetches. Shown as a range, not a count of people.
- Frame view #
- A way of opening a page you do not control so the platform can still show who is on it and where. Described by benefit on the Live view page.
- Full view #
- The level of tracking available when the brand's own page carries the snippet: pages visited, time on page, the result itself.
G
- Goal #
- What the brand pays for: a sign-up, an install, an order, a booking, an approved application. Chosen per offer.
- Grace period #
- The seven days after a subscription lapses during which funded campaigns keep running before they pause.
H
- Hold #
- A result that has been reported but not yet confirmed (an application under review, an order inside its return window). Shown as pending; paid on confirmation.
I
- Invitation #
- A brand asking a specific person to hold a link, or a marketer asking a brand to see a campaign's numbers. Nothing happens until the invited person signs in with a code and accepts.
L
- Learning phase #
- The first three days of an automatic offer, when the platform changes the reward in smaller steps and widens the audience more readily to find the price quickly.
- Link #
- A tracked short link. One per placement (a reel, a story, a group, a partner) is the habit that makes the numbers useful.
- Live view #
- The screen that shows each open as it happens with its channel and city, who is on the page now, and each result the moment it is counted.
- Locked rate #
- On an automatic offer, the reward a marketer accepted at. Raises apply to them; cuts for newcomers never do.
M
- Marketer #
- Anyone who shares links: a creator, a group admin, a channel partner, an agency, a student, a customer. Free for life on Shopmycode.
- Marketplace #
- Where marketers see open offers with the reward stated and whether there is room left. Also published signed-out at /marketplace.
O
- One-time code #
- The only way to sign in: a code sent to your email or WhatsApp, valid for a few minutes. There are no passwords.
- Open #
- Someone tapped or scanned a link. Opens are shown but never paid for.
P
- Pace #
- Results so far against the results a target needed by now. Under 70% is behind; over 130% is ahead.
- Pause #
- A campaign stops paying new results: because the budget ran out, the target was reached, the deadline passed, the brand paused it, or the subscription lapsed. Links keep working.
- Placement #
- One place a link is shared: a reel, a story, the link in bio, a group, a poster. The unit of learning.
- Promo code #
- A code a marketer can carry alongside their link, so a shopper who types it at checkout is still attributed to them.
R
- Reserve #
- An optional share of a campaign's budget kept back so the campaign pauses a little early rather than at zero.
- Result #
- See counted result. What the brand defines and pays for.
- Reversal #
- A counted result taken back: a returned order, a cancelled booking, a fake sign-up. The reward and the fee return to the budget and the reason is visible to both sides.
- Reward #
- What the marketer earns per counted result, stated on the offer. Credited to the wallet the moment the result is counted; marketers keep 100%.
- Room left #
- How many more results a campaign's remaining budget can pay for. Shown to marketers as a number or as 'plenty' / 'running low', never as the brand's balance.
S
- Snippet #
- One line the brand adds to its own page so results are counted there and pages visited are shown. Optional; nothing is needed for pages the brand does not control.
- Standard #
- The level of tracking on any link with nothing installed: opens, channel, city, device, who is on the page now, second visits.
- Subscription #
- ₹4,999 + GST a year (₹499 + GST a month, sold annually) that lets a brand run funded campaigns. Link tracking without rewards is free.
T
- Target #
- How many results an automatic offer wants by its deadline. The offer pauses itself when it gets there.
- TDS #
- Tax deducted at source on marketer payouts where Indian law requires it, shown on the statement.
- Tranche #
- Which marketers can see an automatic offer right now: the best fit first, then good fit, then everyone. It widens when the offer is behind pace.
W
- Wallet (brand) #
- Prepaid credit a brand adds through PayU or bank transfer and allocates to campaigns. Not a deposit; unspent campaign budget returns to it.
- Wallet (marketer) #
- Where rewards land the moment a result is counted, and from which withdrawals are made by UPI or bank transfer (minimum ₹100).
