Say it is a referral link
When you share a link you may be paid for, say so, in the post or the message. A short line is enough: 'referral link', 'I earn if you sign up'. Audiences trust people who are open about it, and Indian advertising guidance expects it.
Share what the page says, nothing more
Use the brand's stated reward, price and terms. If the offer's ready-made message has approved wording for a regulated product, use it as written. Do not promise approval, returns, discounts or guarantees the page does not.
One link per placement, your own links only
Make a link for each place you share (a reel, a story, each group), so you and the brand can see what works. Do not share another marketer's link as your own, and do not ask others to click for you.
Respect the groups you are in
Post to groups you administer or belong to, with the group's norms. Do not add people without consent, do not repost the same offer many times a day, and stop when a group asks. Groups that trust you buy more.
Real people, real results
Never create accounts, orders or applications yourself or through people you pay to do it. A result that is reversed as fake costs you the reward and, on repetition, the account; a history of clean results is what earns invitations to better offers.
Be reachable and fair
Keep your profile's email or WhatsApp current so reversals, budget notices and invitations reach you. If you believe a result was counted wrongly, use the record both sides see and write to the brand or to legal@ttlmedia.in with the link.
Money and tax
Keep your PAN and payout details accurate. Tax is deducted at source where the law requires and shown on your statement; what you do with your income after that is your responsibility.
